SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Domectic Shipping 

For all oders with value lower than 90€, we charge 5,49 €.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge with DHL for oders over 90€

The delivery time estimation is 2 to 4 working days.

International shipping:

For shipping to other EU countries we charge shipping costs of 17 €.

The delivery time estimation is around 2 to 8 working days.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items are available for immediate delivery. You wil also receive the invoice and your shipping number confirmation in another separate e-mail.

Return

We are happy if you are satisfied with your order. However, if for some reason, it does not fit and meet your expectation you can return products within 30 days and receive a refund of the purchase price + shipping costs (if no free shipping was included in the order) to the original payment method used.

Please first send us a short message stating your order number and the items to be returned. It would be also very helpful for us to know the reason for the return in order to improve our service in the future.

We will then email you as soon as possible with a link to create a return label. Please note that we will deduct 5€ (within Germany) and 15 (EU Countries) from the refund amount for using the return label. Alternatively, you can also purchase a shipping label yourself. We will then provide you with the return address upon request. For returns due to defects we will cover the return shipping costs.

To avoid returns after purchasing please read the size specifications of our products carefully before you buy them and, if necessary, measure whether they really fit into the intended space at your home.
