Return & Refund

We are happy if you are satisfied with your order. However, if for some reason, it does not fit and meet your expectation we offer a voluntary 30-day return & refund policy to provide you with added peace of mind. This is, in addition to your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

 

30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.
  • Include all accessories or components originally supplied.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@colourinahome.de before sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s).

To make the return process simple, Colourina Home will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request. A €6.00 (within Germany) & €16.00 (EU countries outside Germany) will be deducted from your refund to cover part of the return shipping costs.

If you prefer, you may use your own shipping carrier at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the returned goods until they are received by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable under our voluntary 30-day return policy.
  • If you use the prepaid return label provided by Colourina Home, a €6.00 (within Germany) & €16.00 (EU Countries outside Germany) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

To avoid returns after purchasing please read the size specifications of our products carefully before you buy them and, if necessary, measure whether they really fit into the intended space at your home.
