Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

At Colourina Home, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your options for cancelling an order before shipment and your statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@colourinahome.de

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, if you are an EU consumer, you may still exercise your statutory Right of Withdrawal as described below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at:

Returning Your Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Items should be returned:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging whenever possible.
  • With all accessories and components originally supplied.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

For your convenience, Colourina Home can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. If you choose to use our return label, a €6.00 (within Germany) and €16.00 (EU countries outside Germany) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover part of the return shipping costs.

You may also choose to return the goods using your own shipping carrier at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide proof that they have been returned (whichever occurs first), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Your refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned goods.
  • The original standard delivery charges paid for your order.

Please note:

  • Additional charges for express or premium delivery services are not refundable.
  • If you use the prepaid return shipping label provided by Colourina Home, €6.00 (within Germany) and €16.00 (EU countries outside Germany) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
